Compact strobe battery pack
The main reason I puchased this particular battery pack is because it combines the strobe feature. It also comes with Velcro and can be easily attached to a helmet that has Velcro in the back. It takes AA batteries available everywhere. I will caution everyone to ensure it is compatible with their NVGs. I didn’t and broke the connector pins in my NVGs and had to get an adapter cable that is compatible and send my NVGs back to the manufacturer at considerable shipping cost to remove one of the pins stuck in. Nothing against the unit just my mistake.

Argus battery pack & the Argus mount are really good. Definitely worth every cent. Coming from Amazon reproductions of G24’s this is definitely worth getting. If you’re new to the NVG game, the Argus mount is a great mount for the cost, it’s up to the test of time to see how it stands up versus tried and true Wilcox G24.
