This Return & Refund Policy applies to products that are listed on the aeontac-nightvision.myshopify.com website as “Sold and Shipped by AEONTAC Nightvision.”. Prior to making your purchase, please feel free to reach out to our team at Contact us for any questions about your purchase. Please refer to our lead time section page to better understand if your purchase requires a lead time. Lead times are driven based on the manufactures, availability and shipping.
Due to fee’s incurred by our processors, any cancellation and/or returns once an order is placed will be subject to a 3% fee. Prior to making your purchase, please feel free to reach out to our team at Contact us for any questions about your purchase.
Once the item was received, the return will subject to 20% restocking fee plus shipping fee in 15 days. All returns need RMA (return material authorization) number, and should returned in good shape with all accessories and original package. The return may be rejected or deducted if there are missing accessories, scratch, dent, broke thread due to improper installation, etc. After the returned item inspected the refund will issue in 7 days. Return will not be available after 15 days from the delivered date.
