Expert Night Vision
Repair & Maintenance
When your optics are compromised, performance isn’t far behind. AEON TAC offers professional night vision repair and maintenance services to restore your gear and preserve its precision. Whether you operate with binoculars, monoculars, or tactical goggles, our team handles every facet of repair — optical, mechanical, and alignment — to keep your vision sharp in the dark.
How our process works
If you’re still deciding between products, let us help you compare. Tell us how you’ll use your gear (hunting, navigation, surveillance, or tactical training), and we’ll recommend the best night vision setup for your environment.
Every recommendation comes from real data and real results — because your equipment should match your purpose, not just your budget.
Send us
your unit
After placing your repair order, ship your device in packaging that protects external optics and internal components. Include a brief description of the issue. (We recommend padded shipping with tracking and insurance.)
Initial inspection
& quote
Our technicians will disassemble, inspect, and test your unit. You’ll receive a quote outlining necessary repairs or services. No work begins without your authorization.
Service &
calibration
Once approved, we execute the necessary procedures: cleaning, nitrogen purge, collimation, lens alignment, or component replacement. All via precision tools and calibration rigs.
Quality assurance
testing
After repairing your device, we reassemble and test under stress: low light, temperature variance, and optical performance benchmarks.
Return &
follow-up
We ship your restored system back to you with tracking. You’re covered by warranty on parts and labor for the repair. We follow up to ensure your system performs in the field.
We Bring Your Night Vision

Pricing & Turnaround
Our baseline service (clean, purge, collimation) starts at US $100 for monoculars. Binocular or multi-channel repairs may cost more depending on complexity.
Domestic shipment is free for orders over $100. Repairs are typically returned within a few business days after approval.

Can you repair damaged image intensifier tubes?
Depending on the damage, we can often replace or refurbish tubes. We’ll notify you in the inspection phase if tube replacement is required.
How often should I have my gear serviced?
If you use your night vision optics over 75 hours a year, we recommend nitrogen purging and inspection every 6 months.
Does repair void my warranty?
Repairs performed by AEONTAC under authorized service maintain your warranty status. Unauthorized repairs may void coverage. View our full warranty policy here.
Do you repair thermal systems?
Our services currently focus on photon-based night vision, optics, and infrared enhancements. For pure thermal units, please contact us for compatibility.
